Summer Paleo

Hello again! Terribly sorry for the lack of posts, I have been quite busy with exams and others things online (work related). So now that summer has arrived, I might be able to post more stuff. Currently I have not been doing Paleo at all, it just became a hassel when I was rushed for the final days. So I have decided that I should continue being Paleo, and follow through with it throughtout the summer. Summer is the perfect time to start, as it makes everything a challenge. No icecream, froyo, summer drinks that contain milk, sugar, anything really. It might limit your summer fun, but the rewards afterwards, could be amazing. So, to start off the summer, I will give you one recipe I quite enjoy, and it is a drink that will quench that thirst.

Watermelon & lime frappĂ© – serves 1-2
2 cups chopped watermelon
1 lime, juice only
1 tsp honey
1/2 cup crushed ice or ice cubes
Method: process all ingredients in a blender until well incorporated.

Calmer now

Hey guys! Been to long since I las tupdated! Sorry about that, I had to take a break for Student Council Eleections and stuff. Well, my typing has gotten considerably wirst, and I ;m not sure I can type anymroe! Anyways, My dad seem to think that no one has any patience, but he's on a rant about it so yeah.... anywyas, Made that milkshake Idea post recipe again, added lots of ice, and a banana, it was thick and aweesme! Anywasm since msot of you cant read this at fucking all, im just going tp sign off, and well, tkae a fucking tpyin g class... snd yues, i do swear a fduck ign lot! Bueeee!

Im going to pull my hair out with this!!!!

Yeah my dad is balhhing behind me.... uuughhhhhhhhh *gives look* .....Gee thanks... For telling me... that PEOPLE read emails! OOOO news now! OMG check it out! PEOPLE ACUTALLY READ EMILAS OH MY GOD ITS A MIRACLE! Fuck off dad. Jezzuz.

Cookie Dough for Paleo!

So I tried this cool cookie dough recipe, and it is AMAZING! It tasted so good! Since I am pretty new, I am trying to slowly ween myself off of my Grain diet and into the Paleolithic way. This makes a really good dessert if you make some flavourless cookies (no grain of course) and put the dough in between two, or just ontop of one. Recipe below and Enjoy!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (Paleo)

3 Tbsp Almond Flour
1 1/2 Tbsp Melted Coconut Oil
1 Tbsp Honey (to taste)
1 1/2 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips (Enjoy Life is a good brand)
1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Melt oil, add rest of ingredients, mix and enjoy!

Busy, busy, busy!

WOW, It's been kind of a crazy week, with tons of videos to edit, student council meetings and me trying to not eat non-Paleo foods XD Which is sort of working... but not really. *facepalms* Anyways, I have some new recipes to post which will come soon I promise! This weekend will be a bit more relaxing since it's just my dad and I. Then back with mother on tuesday UGH. lolz. Chocolate Fruit Dip and lunch tomorrow!

Phew! What a busy day! Helped around a local church and then went and saw Iron Man 3 with a friend and to add to it, after the movie, we had a family dinner to go to!  Yeesh! Anyways, since my family and well only me is Paleolithic, the food they served was BBQ chicken with potato casserole, garlic bread, some creamed vegetable thingy casserole, and a salad. The salad I could eat since my mother made it for me, and I ate the inside of the chicken, not the outside since it had Canola Oil spread with BBQ sause all over it. Anyways, so when I got back home, I made this really cool Chocolate Fruit Dip for tomorrow and some tonight XD Plus, I made my lunch for school tomorrow. For lunch I am bringing, Ham wrapped carrot sticks, with cucumber, some grapes and fruit dip, and I wish I could add some Almond Butter or similar to it. Sighs. Anyways, that's all for today, this is Fyre2Be and Peace!

Fruit Dip:

1 cup Coconut Milk

1 tsp Vanilla

2 Bananas

2 tsp Coconut Flour

1 1/2 tsp Cocoa Powder (optional)

Put all ingredients in a food processer (blender works as well), blend together until thick and creamy (blender will make it thinner). It becomes even thicker in fridge! Enjoy!  

Breakfast and Cookie Dough recipe!

So today for breakfast I had suasages with Maple Syrup and Pear. The suasges were like- Real? I don't know? XD uh anyways, had that, and now im off to see Iron Man 3 which will be AMAZING! Also, I forgot to post the cookie recipe last night, so here it is!

Cookie Dough:

3 Tbsp Almond/ Coconut flour

1 1/2 Tbsp Melted cocnut oil

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 1/2 tsp Dark chocolate chips (or as suger free as you can get)

1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Melt cocnut oil, add rest of ingredients, mix, and enjoy! :D

Milkshake Idea!

Hey there! So a couple minutes ago, I tried this cool milkshake idea! It was okay, but it needed to be thicker and have some fruit of something to add to it.

Recipe:

1 cup Coconut Milk
4 Tbsp Cocoa Powder (good quality)
2 Tbsp Maple syrup (Honey)
1 cup Ice

Blend everything together and enjoy!

Hey there! Welcome to my new blog site, PaleoFyre! This blog will be all about myself, as well as my diet of being a Paleolithic. I started this new diet yesterday, and so far I've found it to be quite similar to my original diet, except the part where I use to eat TONS of bread and grains, but now that I can't it, hopefully this will turn for the better!
