Summer Paleo

Hello again! Terribly sorry for the lack of posts, I have been quite busy with exams and others things online (work related). So now that summer has arrived, I might be able to post more stuff. Currently I have not been doing Paleo at all, it just became a hassel when I was rushed for the final days. So I have decided that I should continue being Paleo, and follow through with it throughtout the summer. Summer is the perfect time to start, as it makes everything a challenge. No icecream, froyo, summer drinks that contain milk, sugar, anything really. It might limit your summer fun, but the rewards afterwards, could be amazing. So, to start off the summer, I will give you one recipe I quite enjoy, and it is a drink that will quench that thirst.

Watermelon & lime frappĂ© – serves 1-2
2 cups chopped watermelon
1 lime, juice only
1 tsp honey
1/2 cup crushed ice or ice cubes
Method: process all ingredients in a blender until well incorporated.
